The auction for privatization of the Property complex of SOE “Zaporizhzhia Expertise and Technical Center of the State Service for Labor of Ukraine” has been announced
The Fund's team has announced an online auction for the privatization of the Property complex of SOE “Zaporizhzhia Expertise and Technical Center of the State Service for Labor of Ukraine”. The auction is scheduled for May 14 in the Prozorro.Sale system, with bids accepted until May 13. The starting price of the privatization object is UAH 7.6 million (excluding VAT).
The object of sale is located at the following address: 25 Pivnichne Shosse, Zaporizhzhia region, Zaporizhzhia city. The Property Complex is located in Voznesenivskyi district of Zaporizhzhia, in the industrial zone of the city.
Its principal activity is technical testing and research.
The Property complex of SOE “Zaporizhzhia Expertise and Technical Center of the State Service for Labor of Ukraine”was established by the State Committee of Ukraine for Industrial Safety and Labor Protection and has been providing scientific and technical support to state supervision in the field of labor protection and industrial safety since 1997 on the basis of self-supporting units of the Central Territorial Department of the State Committee for Labor Protection.
Since 2005, the company has been implementing and operating a quality management system built in accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001-2001.
The company's uniqueness lies in the fact that in its region, the Zaporizhzhia ETC provided services for industrial enterprises in the field of occupational safety and health to perform high-risk work and obtain permits for the operation of high-risk facilities, machinery, mechanisms, and equipment, as well as carried out expert examinations (technical diagnostics), non-destructive testing, technical inspection and certification of high-risk equipment and potentially dangerous facilities, buildings, structures and utilities.
The company has created and operates 8 production units: a department of technical expertise and boiler supervision facilities, lifting structures and industrial equipment, laboratories for testing and measuring building structures, a sanitary and industrial laboratory, and an ETC department.
The Property Complex includes 3 real estate units (an administrative building with an area of 2347.9 m², as well as 87/10000 and 666/10000 shares of real estate).
The real estate includes 2 land plots of 2,087 m² and 39,147 m² in Zaporizhzhia.
Information about vehicles: 6 units of transport and special equipment, including cars and a trailer.
The company also owns 527 items of movable property, including equipment, furniture, inventory, computer and office equipment, etc.
As of March 1 of this year, a part of the company's real estate with an area of 884.34 m² was leased.
The balance sheet of the state-owned enterprise includes property not subject to privatization in the amount of 43 units, including cars, office equipment, special measuring devices, etc.
According to the terms of the sale, the buyer of the Property Complex is obliged to ensure the repayment of wage arrears to the budget in the amount of UAH 371.2 thousand within six months from the date of transfer of ownership and prevent the dismissal of employees of the privatized enterprise at the initiative of the buyer or its authorized body.
