The team of the State Property Fund of Ukraine headed by  First Deputy Chairman SPFU team met with representatives of the Central State Real Estate Agency of the Netherlands (RVB)

SPFU Denys Shugaliimet with representatives of the Central State Real Estate Agency of the Netherlands (RVB). The main purpose of the meeting was to exchange experience in the lease of state property and real estate management.

Representatives of the SPFU got acquainted with RVB's experience in servicing and managing real estate assets. Colleagues from the Netherlands shared their experience in solving the key tasks they are working on:

  • increasing the efficiency of government premises while maintaining the quality of customer service;
  • creating a promising portfolio of assets;
  • optimization of productivity;
  • minimizing costs.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the challenges faced by the State Property Fund in managing leased space. In particular, they discussed the problems faced by the SPFU in this area and ways to overcome them.

Participants also considered possible alternative solutions that could improve the management of state property leases. Studying international experience can be a powerful tool for optimizing the management of state real estate in Ukraine.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed on future cooperation, which will include the exchange of experience and work to achieve the set goals.

The agency is part of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and is the largest real estate organization in the Netherlands.
