State Property Fund of Ukraine has successfully sold a block of shares of “SPE “Systema”

On 4 April 2018 the 99.99 % of equity capital of PrJSC “Scientific-Production Enterprise “Systema” has been sold at the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange.

The object is located at 6, Rudyka str., Kharkiv city.

The State Budget of Ukraine has been transferred into 8.554 million UAH.

The enterprise structure consists of 2 production units, design-technological bureau, division of technical supporting and administrative-managerial personal. The business activities of enterprise are production of computer and peripheral equipment, and equipment of reception, recording and playback of sound and image.
