The State Property Fund of Ukraine summed up the work of regional branches for the first quarter of 2021

The leader of the first quarter of 2021 was the regional branch in Lviv, Zakarpattia and Volyn regions. The second place obtained the regional branch in the city of Kyiv. And the branch in Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk regions closes the top three.

The quarterly indicative rating of the regional branches’ network implemented by the State Property Fund of Ukraine allows you to quickly monitor the implementation of key performance indicators.

«The indicative rating of the regional branches’ network of the State Property Fund is an effective tool for achieving high results of work», - Kostiantyn Koshelenko, Deputy Chairman of the Fund, said, adding that due to the effective work of regional branches in the first quarter of 2021, privatization auctions worth UAH 1 billion and leases worth more than UAH 600 million were held.

The calculation of this rating is carried out according to a number of indicators, including:

• the number of announced and successful auctions;

• the average number of auction participants and the increase of the price at which the object was sold or leased compared to the starting one; 

• incomes to the budget, etc.
