The auction for the privatization of the "Ivano-Frankivsk Grain Processing Plant" has been announced

The State Property Fund has announced an online auction for the privatization of the Property Complex of SOE “Ivano-Frankivsk Grain Processing Plant”.The starting price is 52.7 million UAH. The auction is scheduled for December 19.

The Ivano-Frankivsk Grain Processing Plant was founded in 1979 and is located on the outskirts of Ivano-Frankivsk city and Mykytyntsi village.

The facility includes production, residential, warehouse, and administrative buildings. There are also internal railway tracks with a length of 3701 meters.

The real estate objects are located at three addresses: Ivano-Frankivsk region, Ivano-Frankivsk district, Mykytyntsi village, 2B, premises №1, 2; Ivano-Frankivsk region, Ivano-Frankivsk district, Mykytyntsi village, 2V; Ivano-Frankivsk region, Ivano-Frankivsk district, Mykytyntsi village, 2H.

The elevator's storage capacity is 79 thousand tons of wheat. The three-grade grain milling capacity is 150 tons per day, while the single-grade rye milling capacity is 35 tons per day. The enterprise also has a plant for the production of compound feeds.

The company's balance sheet includes 14 units of transportation and special equipment.

Since 2019, the enterprise has suspended operations due to debt. As of September of the current year, the amount of overdue accounts payable is 69,982 thousand UAH.

According to the sales conditions, the new owner will be obliged to: settle all debts within 6 months, and not allow the dismissal of employees within 6 months from the date of ownership transfer.
