Success of Privatization: Auction Price for Real Estate Increased 320.4 Times

On June 10, an online auction for the privatization of real estate in the Odesa region took place. The auction was conducted through the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sale. Eight potential investors competed for ownership of the privatization object, resulting in the starting price increasing from UAH 2,965.3 to a winning bid of over UAH 950.1 thousand.

The property is located at 22 Berehova Street, Ovidiopol, Odesa district, Odesa region. It is situated near the picturesque nature of the Dniester Estuary and benefits from convenient access due to its advantageous location along the regional highway R-70.

The new owner will receive six real estate units with a total area of 445.1 square meters, including administrative buildings, utility and auxiliary buildings, a restroom, structures, and others.
