The SPFU attracted more than UAH 222 million in investments from the privatization of state property for a week

From October 2 to 6, the sum of the winning bids of privatization auctions of the State Property Fund on the Prozorro.Sale platform reached UAH 222.4 million. 50 participants took part in 9 auctions, on average 5 participants competed for an asset.

The largest auction this week was the privatization ofSE «Volyntorf», the value of the asset — UAH 212 million. In particular, the new owner is obliged to pay UAH 42.5 million in VAT and UAH 20.2 million in company debts. The auction for the sale of the Chervonoslobidskyi distillery in the Kyiv region was second in terms of the size of the final bid. The value of the asset is UAH 5 million.

The auction with the largest increase in the winning price was the sale of a non-residential building in the Lviv region, 12 participants competed for the ownership of the object, the value of the asset increased 514 times - from the starting (balance sheet) price of UAH 992 to UAH 511,000.

From October 9 to 13, the State Property Fund plans to hold 13 privatization auctions. Next week, we offer investors to purchase Property complex of SE «State Institute for Designing Enterprises of the Mining and Ore Industry «Kryvbasproekt» in Kryvyi Rih, Property complex of SE «Educational and Production Workshops» in Zhytomyr and an administrative building in Lviv region.
