For the current week, the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) conducted 11 successful privatization auctions

From November 6 to November 10, the State Property Fund of Ukraine held 11 online auctions for the privatization of state property through the Prozorro.Sale system. The total value of all proposals amounted to 1.9 million UAH, with a final sum of 7.3 million UAH. The total number of trade participants was 51, and the value of assets increased fourfold.

The most expensive lot of the week was a administrative building in Zhytomyr, with the object's value rising from an initial 357 thousand UAH to a final 2,7 million UAH, contested by 16 participants.

Overall, since the beginning of 2023, the state budget has received 2,9 billion UAHfrom the sale of state assets. In addition to this sum, the winners of privatization auctions paid 0,523 billion UAHin value-added tax (VAT).

By the end of the year, the FDMA plans to put up for privatization nearly 200 assets with an estimated book value of over 1,36 billion UAH. Among the offerings are a variety of assets, ranging from large industrial premises to small retail points in different regions of Ukraine.

It's worth noting that thanks to auctions, the state obtains funds in the form of the market value of assets and tax revenues, which are directed towards supporting the Armed Forces.
