In the past week, the State Property Fund of Ukraine raised over 8 million UAH for the state budget
During the current week (November 20-24), the team of the State Property Fund of Ukraine raised 8.14 million UAH by conducting 12 online privatization auctions. In total, 88 entrepreneurs competed for the objects, and the final value of the objects increased eightfold.
The most expensive lot of the week was a building with an area of over 200 m² in the Poltava region. The lot's price increased from the starting point of 9.8 thousand UAH to the winning bid of 1.7 million UAH, which is a 173-fold increase. The second most expensive item of the week was a group of inventory objects in the Lviv region, with value increasing by 156 times during the auction.
Next week, the State Property Fund team plans to conduct 19 online auctions for privatization. Among the offerings are assets with varying areas, purposes, and locations.
The biggest auctions for the upcoming week include:
- Property complex of SOE "TVK" in Odesa, starting price – 208.2 million UAH, link to detailed information;
- Property complex of the production enterprise "Zakhidukrzakordonnaftogazbud" in Ivano-Frankivsk, starting price – 2.96 million UAH, link to detailed information;
- Group of inventory objects in the Rivne region, starting price – 1.8 million UAH, link to detailed information.
After the resumption of privatization in September 2022, the State Property Fund of Ukraine has already conducted the first 500 successful privatization auctions.
