In 2024, the State Property Fund of Ukraine will put up for privatization the recreation bases in the Odesa and Volyn regions
Overall, the pandemic and war have slowed down the development of the hotel and restaurant business in Ukraine. However, establishments that continued to operate despite challenges have seen an increase in customers and income. Therefore, today, investment in the domestic tourism in Ukraine is an attractive niche.
Among the privatization offers from the State Property Fund of Ukraine are:
Recreation base "Raketa"
Located in a picturesque village called Lyman in the Odesa region. Total property area: 599.5 m², the recreation base is located on a land plot 0.0595 ha. Includes the main building 407.1 m², temporary buildings with an area 30.1 m², 30.1 m², 41.9 m² and others.

Recreation base "Finansist"
Located in Zatoka, Odesa region, on the Budatska Kosa, between the Dniester estuary and the Black Sea.
Total property area: 360.3 m². Includes administrative and utility building, recreation houses, water tower service building, shower, workshop, concrete covering and others.
All assets are located on a land plot 0.199 ha. The book value of the "Finansist" recreation base is UAH 1,869,111.

Recreation base on Lake Svityaz
Located in Shatsk, Volyn region, which is surrounded by over 30 lakes, it is a real tourist gem of Volyn Polissia.
Includes dormitory building, kitchen building, tower house, sanitary block, gazebo buildings, summer cottages, pathways, an above-ground electrical network, a security room and others.Also, among the properties of the asset are a device for supplying water, an artesian well anda water pumping station.
The land plot of the recreation base is 2,167.6 m². The book value of the asset is UAH 4,289,514.

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has already had successful experience privatizing similar assets. For example, the sale of the "Portovyk" recreation base in the Odesa region, located on Lake Yalpug, for UAH 2.7 million. Additionally, in 2019, the "Dorozhnyk" recreation base in the Tatarbunarsky district was purchased for UAH 0.6 million. The value of both assets almost doubled during the auctions.
