More than 8 thousand citizens applied to the Fund in 2023

In 2023, more than 8 thousand citizens applied to the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

The SPFU responds promptly to inquiries, as accessibility of information is an essentialarea of the Fund's work.

Last year, the Fund's specialists provided 3,182 telephone consultations. The most frequently asked questions among citizens are property valuation, lease and privatization.

In addition, SPFU employees received 822 individual and collective written appeals from 4,128 citizens. The most frequently asked questions were about the operation of state-owned enterprises, property valuation, and lease during martial law.

In addition, the Fund's team processed 723 requests for public information. In particular, journalists were interested in the management of state-owned enterprises and property privatization.

All applications, complaints and proposals of citizens are constantly monitored by the State Property Fund, and responses are provided within the time limits established by law.
