Vilnohorsk mining and metallurgical plant: strategy to increase production
Vitaliy Koval, Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, during his visit to the Dnipropetrovsk region, visited the Vilnohorsk mining and metallurgical plant. He inspected the production cycles of the enterprise and held a meeting with representatives of the territorial community.
Planned indicators for 2024 were discussed at a meeting with VMMPmanagement. Vitaliy Koval set the top management of the plant strategic tasks to increase production and profitable activities.
"The plant works stably and increases production volumes. However, in order to ensure further growth, it is necessary to pay attention to the search for internal reserves. In particular, start additional processing of tailings. This will help to increase the volume of production," said the Chairman of the Fund.
Also, together with the first deputy head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration, Volodymyr Orlov, and the mayor of Vilnohirsk, Volodymyr Vasylenko, the Chairmanof the SPFUdiscussed the strategy of interaction with the territorial community. VMMPis an essentialpartner of the community, as it pays more than 50% of the Vilnohorsk community's own revenues.
