UAH 7,777,777 - the winning price for Property complex of SOE “Kamianskyi distillery plant” in Cherkasy region

Only one bidder competed for the right to ownership, offering a lot price higher than the starting price, which led to a 1.18-fold increase in the value of the object. From the starting bid of UAH 6.5 million to the winning bid of UAH 7.7 million.

Chairman of the SPFU Vitaliy Koval emphasized: "The State Property Fund has set a goal to complete the denationalization of the alcohol industry by 2024."

The company has a favorable location and logistics support. Thanks to the availability of equipment and all communications, it is possible to resume production of distillery products or use it as a brownfield investment platform for new activities.

The Property complex of SOE “Kamianskyi distillery plant”  was engaged in distillation, rectification and mixing of alcoholic beverages. The object of privatization includes 49 real estate objects. These include buildings, production and utility facilities, workshops, workshops, pump rooms, warehouses, and others. The total area of buildings and structures is 26,032.9 m². The privatization object included land plots with a total area of 86.9451 hectares.

After acquiring ownership, the buyer will also have to pay off the company's accounts payable in the amount of UAH 9.8 million.

Through the auctions, the state receives revenues in the form of the market value of the asset and tax revenues to support the Defense Forces.
