An online auction for the privatization of a non-residential premises with a total area of 109.5 sq. m has been announced

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for privatization a non-residential premises in Odessa. The auction is planned to be held in the electronic trading system “Prozorro.Sale” on May 9, bids will be accepted until May 8. The starting price of the lot is UAH 6.4 million without VAT.

The property is located at: Odessa Oblast, Odessa city, Otamana Holovatoho Street, 62.

The object is conveniently located in the Peresypsky district of Odessa, near the Black Sea coast and the M-14 highway, offering ample opportunities for business, such as opening a store, pharmacy or cafe. In the immediate vicinity are: port, public transport stops, park, square, shops and restaurants, which makes the asset attractive for potential investors.

The privatization object is represented by non-residential premises №102 with a total area of 109.5 sq. m, located on the ground floor of a residential building, which was not included in the authorized capital of PJSC “Odessa Automobile Plant” during privatization. According to the technical passport data, the asset consists of 6 main premises with a total area of 79.5 sq. m and 6 auxiliary premises with a total area of 30.0 sq. m.

The privatization object has: a separate exit, concrete foundation, walls made of shell, tiled and linoleum flooring, as well as connections to the power grid, gas pipeline, water supply and sewage system. The structural elements and engineering communications of the asset are in satisfactory technical condition.

The balance holder of the privatization object is PJSC “Odessa Automobile Plant”.
