Auction for the privatization of the property complex of SOE “Zirnenskyi Distillery Plant” is announced

The State Property Fund has announced an online auction for the privatization of the property complex of SOE "Zirnenskyi Distillery Plant". The auction will be held on the Prozorro.Sale electronic trading system on June 12. Potential investors can submit their proposals for participation in the auction until June 11. The starting price for the privatization object is UAH 18.8 million excluding VAT.

The property is located at Rivne region, Rivne district, the village of Zirne, Zirnenska street, 7 and Rivne region, Rivne district, the village of Yarynivka, Lisova street, 1.

The assets are located in the Rivne district, Rivne region. The privatization object has all the necessary characteristics for successful development: convenient transportation links and large production capacities. The total area of the real estate is 14,757.3 m². The plant has all the resources for the production of high-quality products in significant volumes, thanks to the availability of equipment and transportation at the enterprise.

The Zirnenskyi Distillery Plant is an active enterprise, with its main activities being the distillation, rectification, and blending of alcoholic beverages.

The property complex of SOE includes 52 units of real estate, infrastructure, and engineering buildings (production, warehouse, administrative buildings, etc.). Eight units of the enterprise's real estate have encumbrances. The complex also includes 31 units of transport and special equipment (trucks, tractors, trailers, and a locomotive) and 503 units of other movable property (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.). The real estate of the complex is located on four land plots with a total area of 15.6727 hectares.

As of May 1 of the current year, part of the enterprise's real estate with an area of 1,096.1 m² has been leased out, with the lease term extended for the duration of martial law and four months following termination or cancellation of it.

Four objects on the enterprise’s balance sheet are not subject to privatization:

  • Radiation shelter at Rivne region, Rivne district, village of Zirne, Zirnenska street, 7;
  • Radiation shelter at Rivne region, Rivne district, village of Zirne, Nazaruka street, 4;
  • Residential building at Rivne region, Rivne district, village of Malynsk, Zaliznychna street, 1a (Myru street, 3)
  • Apartment No. 5 at Rivne region, Rivne district, Berezne city, Heroiv Ukrainy street, 8, apt. 5 (Tsiolkovskoho street, 8, apt. 5)

According to the terms of sale, the buyer of the property complex of SOE is obligated to settle the wage arrears and debts to the budget within six months, as well as to prevent the dismissal of employees for six months.
