Property Complex SOE "Nepolokovechkyi kombynat khliboproduktov" – at the privatization online auction

The State Property Fund announced the holding of an online auction for the privatization of the Property Complex SOE "Nepolokovechsky Combinat Khliboproduktov". The auction will be held in the electronic system "Prozorro.Sales".

Auction - 05 February 2026.

Applications until 04 February, 20:00.

Reserve price  – UAH 194 960 183 without VAT.

Address: 43, Magistralna Str., Nepolokivtsi, Chernivtsi region.

Main activity is the manufacture of mill products.

Product and service nomenclature: the main list includes milling and storage services, and wholesale trade of grain, seeds, animal feeds and raw tobacco.

The privatisation object includes:

129 units of real estate and infrastructure (administrative, warehouse, production, auxiliary buildings and structures ( 41 546.7 m²);

1172 items of movable property (equipment, furniture, supplies, etc.);

24 units of vehicles and special equipment of 1983 – 2013 years of release (trucks, tractors, locomotives, trailers, bus and fire engine);

2 registered land plots with a total area of 19.8222 ha.

An important feature of the object is the presence on its balance of a radiation shelter with an area of 132.8 sq. m., which is not subject to privatization, but must be maintained by the buyer in proper condition.

As of September 30, 2025, the plant employs 45 people.

The Property Complex SOE "Nepolokovechkyi kombynat khliboproduktov" as of 30 September 2025 is not leased.

According to the terms of sale, the buyer is obliged to settle the arrears of wages, before the budget and not to allow the dismissal of employees for 6 months.
