UAH 126.99 million : results of privatization auctions last week

Last week, the team of the State Property Fund held 9 privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sales system. The total amount of winning bids is UAH 126.99 million. A total of 100 participants competed in the auctions. On average, the price increased 28 times.

The most expensive object of the past week was the Property Complex of SOE "Scientific Selection and Genetic Center of Fish Farming" in the c. Kyiv. As a result of competitive bidding involving 41 participants, the price rose from the initial - UAH 202 772, to the final - 86 900 000 hryvnias. Also in demand among investors was the the Property Complex of SOE "Ukrkolorprom" in the city of Dnipro - the price rose from the initial - UAH 42 698, to the final - UAH 20 100 002.

This week, the Fund’s team plans to hold 18 online auctions for privatization. Among the offers are such objects as: a state package of shares in the amount of 100% of SC JSC “Smoly” (Dnipropetrovsk region), an object of unfinished construction “Grain processing complex” (Kyiv region), a public building with farm buildings and structures of an administrative building with a total area of 118 m² (Rivne region), a boiler room with a total area of 249.2 m² (Chernihiv region) and others.

Also, in the investment menu of the SPFU there are offers for small and medium-sized businesses, in particular non-residential and administrative premises, veterinary clinics, unfinished construction objects, etc. All objects are located in different parts of Ukraine, so there is an opportunity to choose the most suitable location for your business!
