Knowledge That Works for the Reform of State-Owned Enterprises

Representatives of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, together with members of supervisory boards and heads of state-owned enterprises managed by the SPFU, underwent training on corporate governance and the work of supervisory boards.

The three-day training took place with the support of Expertise France and was developed and conducted by the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy.

The participants worked through key approaches to modern corporate governance in the context of the state-owned enterprise reform: the role of supervisory boards, interaction with the state as an owner, risk management, and internal and external audit systems.

Strengthening the managerial capacity of state-owned enterprises is an important condition for the effective and transparent management of state assets and the successful implementation of reforms.

The training took place within the framework of the mAIDan program, which is aimed at supporting Ukraine in its recovery, reconstruction, and European integration.

We thank Expertise France for their partnership and support in implementing modern corporate governance standards.
