In the digital world, personal data is not just information, but a valuable resource that requires responsible and systematic protection. And in the context of a full-scale war, the protection of personal data and digital infrastructure becomes critically important.

For the State Property Fund of Ukraine, digital security is not only a matter of legal compliance but also an element of national resilience. The Fund works with a large number of state registries and information systems, which accumulate important data on state property, leases, privatization, and asset management.

That is why we:

  • strengthen the protection of information resources;

  • ensure the continuous operation of registries;

  • pay special attention to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of data;

  • implement modern approaches to cyber and digital security.

Protecting personal data today is about the security of the state, the trust of citizens, and the stability of key processes even in the most difficult times.
