TOP 5 Regional Offices of the State Property Fund of Ukraine by Privatization Plan Performance in 2025

We continue our series of posts about the regional offices of the State Property Fund that ranked among the TOP 5 in terms of annual privatization plan performance in 2025.

2nd place — Regional Office in Rivne and Zhytomyr regions. Plan overfulfilled – 135.79%.

At the end of the year, the team of the regional office demonstrated strong performance in the field of state property privatization, ensuring significant revenues to the state budget and consistently exceeding planned targets.

Key privatization results in 2025:

2nd place among SPFU regional offices

135.79% of the annual privatization plan fulfilled

UAH 257.9 million in revenues to the state budget

Top 5 privatized assets in Zhytomyr and Rivne regions:

  • Property Complex of SOE “Zhytomyr Distillery”;

  • Administrative building in Rivne (677.9 m²);

  • Unfinished construction (1,591.5 m²) in Zhytomyr;

  • Non-residential building (462.3 m²) with a garage (268.7 m²) in Zhytomyr region;

  • Veterinary medicine laboratory (347.6 m²) in Rivne region.

These assets generated the majority of privatization revenues, delivered maximum financial impact, and created conditions for further asset development.

These results are the outcome of coordinated and professional work by the regional office team, which consistently worked on the preparation and sale of privatization assets, ensuring competitive auctions and strong investor interest.

Plan for 2026 – UAH 50 million in revenues to the state budget.

Planned privatization auctions include:

  • SOE “Chervonenskyi Food Plant”;

  • SOE “Hrozynske”;

  • Production workshop buildings with equipment of SOE “Forests of Ukraine”;

  • Club building in Berdychiv.

Privatization is not only about budget revenues, it is also about:

  • restoration and development of state assets;

  • creation of new jobs;

  • support for local communities.
