Property Complex of SOE “Slavuta Combine ‘Budfarfor’” at a Privatization Auction

The team of the State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction for the privatization of the Property Complex of the State-Owned Enterprise “Slavuta Combine ‘Budfarfor’” in the city of Slavuta. The auction will take place in the Prozorro.Sale electronic system.

Auction — 12 February

Applications are accepted until 11 February, 20:00.

Starting price of the lot – UAH 207,631,070 excluding VAT.

Main activity – production of ceramic sanitary ware.

The enterprise is not currently operating under its main line of business.

Location: 122 Kozatska St., Slavuta, Khmelnytskyi region.

The property complex is located in the city of Slavuta, Khmelnytskyi region, near the territorial highway T1804. Nearby are the Utka River, a bakery, cafés, a hospital, and public parks. Such a convenient location of production facilities makes the privatization object attractive for investment in an existing business or for relocation of a current one.

The privatization object includes:

  • 56 units of immovable property (industrial, administrative, warehouse, auxiliary buildings and structures) and infrastructure (water supply and sewage networks, power lines, roads, railway branch line, etc.) with a total area of 83,136.14 m²;

  • 1,136 units of movable property (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.);

  • 6 registered land plots with a total area of 17.8577 hectares;

  • 45 units of vehicles and special equipment manufactured between 1987 and 2002.

As of 1 October 2025, part of the enterprise’s immovable property with a total area of 315.28 m², as well as a group of inventory assets consisting of 12 railway freight semi-wagons, has been leased under 5 agreements.

Among the conditions of sale of the privatization object: within 6 months, repayment of wage arrears and debts to the budget, and prevention of employee dismissals.
