SPFU and Expertise France: first working meeting with the new Chairman of the Fund

In the walls of the institution, the Chairman of the State Property Fund Dmytro Natalukha held a working meeting with key partners - representatives of the French Agency for International Technical Cooperation Expertise France.

During the meeting, the Expertise France team presented a full list of programs and projects that the agency is implementing in Ukraine, including within the mAIDan Ukraine program, as well as areas of cooperation directly with the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

Separately, the possibilities of expert support were outlined, including:

institutional development and strengthening of management capacities,
implementation of modern approaches to corporate governance,
support digital transformation processes,
preparation of state assets for reconstruction and investment attraction, taking into account European standards.

In his turn, Dmytro Natalukha thanked the partners for the large-scale and extremely important work that Expertise France is doing for the State Property Fund and for Ukraine as a whole, providing a significant amount of expert and institutional support. He also outlined the priority areas for further cooperation, including:

development and scaling up of the Land Bank as an instrument for efficient management of state-owned land;

expert assistance in preparing for the privatisation of large industrial and commercial facilities that can become drivers of investment;

Strengthening the corporate and management capacity of the Fund.

As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue coordinating and developing joint solutions that will contribute to improving the efficiency of state asset management and implementing reforms. The parties also agreed to hold a number of working meetings to discuss joint projects.

The mAIDan Ukraine programme is an initiative of technical assistance from the French Government, implemented by the Expertise France agency and aimed at supporting Ukrainian public institutions in the processes of reconstruction and European integration.
