Announcement: Rest house – on privatization auction

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a rest house with a total area of 132.1 m² in Volyn. The auction will take place in the electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sales".

Reserve price is UAH 184,336 without VAT.

Location: Volyn region, Lutsk district, Kolkivska TG, Complex of buildings and structures No. 6, building A-1.

The privatization object is located in the ecologically clean recreational zone of the Kolkivska community of the Lutsk district, which is known for its rich Volyn forests and proximity to the Styr River. It has a clear connection to the transport network due to its convenient territorial location and established connections within the district.

The object of privatization is a one-storey recreation house with a total area of 132.1 m².

Year of construction – 1971 (foundation – concrete, walls – brick and wood, floor – cement, ceiling – wood, roof – asbestos cement sheets). The building requires repair works.

The privatization object is located on a land plot with a total area of 178.2334 hectares.

As of 13.01.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased.

The balance sheet holder of the object is the State Specialized Economic Enterprise "Forests of Ukraine".
