TOP-5 regional departments of the SFU for the implementation of the privatization plan in 2025

We continue the series of posts about the regional departments of the State Property Fund, which according to the results of 2025 entered the TOP-5 in terms of the level of implementation of the annual privatization plan.

4th place – Regional Department for Poltava and Sumy regions. The plan was exceeded by 111.39%.

It is worth noting that Sumy region is located directly near the state border and is regularly shelled. Despite constant security challenges, the team of the regional office demonstrated high professionalism, responsibility and efficiency, ensuring a stable overfulfilment of planned indicators in the field of privatization.

  • Key results of privatization in 2025:
  • 4th place among regional departments of the SFU
  • 111.39% of the annual privatization plan has been fulfilled
  • UAH 44.5 million  of revenue to the state budget

Top 5 privatized objects in Poltava and Sumy regions last year:

State Enterprise “Poltava Research and Design Institute of Land Management” in Poltava;

Separate property in the composition of the educational building;

Public building in Poltava;

Non-residential buildings with separate individually defined property;

Separate property in the extension and garage premises in Sumy.

These assets accounted for the bulk of privatization revenues, generated the maximum financial effect and created the preconditions for further development of assets.

These results are the result of the coordinated and professional work of the team of the regional department, which worked systematically on the preparation and implementation of privatization objects, ensuring competitive auctions and high interest from investors.

The plan for 2026 is 30 million UAH in revenue to the state budget.

Announcement of online auctions for privatization is expected:

Property Complex “Kremenchuk Quarry Management “Kvarc” in Kremenchuk;

Building of Kremenchuk City Disinfection Station;

Non-residential buildings and structures in the town of Pyriatyn;

Non-residential premises in Sumy;

Rooms of former dental clinic in the city of Okhtyrka.

Privatization is not only budget revenues, it is also:

recovery and development of public facilities;

creating new jobs;

Supporting local communities.
