Partnership and dialogue with business as the basis for economic resilience

Chairman of the State Property Fund Dmytro Natalukha together with Deputy Chairman Andriy Shramko  met with representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine to continue a sustainable and effective dialogue with the business community, as well as to discuss common priorities and initiatives.

During the meeting, the parties discussed possible areas of cooperation and Dmytro Natalukha outlined the key priorities of the work of the SPFU for the near future. Among them:

  • Land bank – development and maximization of the land pool for the efficient use of state lands for the purpose of sustainable revenues to the state budget and local communities;
  • Marketing of key assets, including sanctioned property;
  • Active small privatization as the basis for economic development of communities.

Separately, they discussed plans to create an interactive map of privatization objects, which will provide businesses with convenient access to up-to-date information about investment opportunities.

“Our main support today is large and responsible business that already operates in Ukraine, retains jobs, invests and pays taxes even in wartime. It is this business that we have great hopes for and we are sincerely grateful for its contribution to the support of the Ukrainian economy and the resilience of the state,”  said Dmytro Natalukha.

Representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine presented the position and vision of the business community on strengthening cooperation with the State Property Fund and thanked for the open and constructive dialogue, asked a number of questions and received substantive answers.

The parties confirmed their readiness for further dialogue and cooperation to ensure the recovery and growth of the Ukrainian economy.

For reference.

Since 1992, the Chamber has represented and delivered the voice of business in Ukraine at the highest level, uniting over 600 member companies – leading investors, taxpayers and employers, who make a significant contribution to the State Budget of Ukraine and create jobs. The Chamber is part of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce – the largest business association in the world, and its 35 specialized committees and working groups provide a constant dialogue with public authorities and promote the implementation of reforms.
