Property Complex of the SOE of the State Enterprise "Scientific Research Institute "Orion" in Kyiv – for privatization

The State Property Fund announced the holding of an online auction for the privatization of the Property Complex of the SOE "Scientific Research Institute "Orion". The auction will take place in the electronic system "Prozorro.Sales".

Auction date: 17 February 2026.

Applications are open until February 16, 20:00.

Reserve price  – UAH 42,482,881 without VAT.

The privatization object is based on two locations in the Shevchenkivskyi district:

Main address: Kyiv, 8-A, Tsedika Antona St.

Additional location: Kyiv, 51 Degtyarevskaya St.

As of 30.09.2025, the company employs 83 people. The main activity is research and experimental development in other natural and technical sciences. The nomenclature of products and services: research and experimental development in other natural and technical works.

The privatisation object includes:

38 units of real estate with a total area of 38 631,7 m2 (administrative, production, storage buildings and facilities, as well as infrastructure (bridges, fences, parking lots);

10 units (1974-2007)

1247 pieces of equipment and inventory

The enterprise occupies 5 plots of land with a total area of 4.1413 ha

There are two civil protection shelters on the site that are not subject to privatisation.

As of 30.09.2025, there are 17 lease agreements for an area of 2329.35 m².

According to the terms of sale, the buyer is obliged to settle the arrears of wages, before the budget and not to allow the dismissal of employees for 6 months.
