TOP-5 regional departments of the SFU for the implementation of the privatization plan in 2025
We continue the series of posts about the regional departments of the State Property Fund, which according to the results of 2025 entered the TOP-5 in terms of the level of implementation of the annual privatization plan.
5th place – Regional Department for Lviv, Zakarpattia and Volyn regions. The plan was completed at 97.02%.
Achieving these results is primarily the merit of the regional department team. Professional work, systematic approach and responsibility for each object allowed to ensure a high level of plan implementation and stable revenues to the state budget even in the face of the challenges of wartime.

Top 5 privatized objects in Lviv, Zakarpattia and Volyn regions for the past year:
Property Complex of the SOE “Lviv Liqueur and Vodka Plant” in Lviv UAH 176.8 million
Property Complex of the SOE "Lviv special design bureau "Topaz" in Lviv UAH 107 million
Property Complex of the SOE "Ekotransenergo" in Lviv UAH 14 million
Buildings and structures with other movable property in Volyn UAH 11.3 million
Non-residential built-in room (91.9 m²) with property in Zakarpattia 3 million UAH
These assets accounted for the bulk of privatization proceeds, generated the maximum financial effect and created the preconditions for further development of the assets.

The plan for 2026 is 250 million UAH in revenue to the state budget.
It is expected that this year will announce auctions for the privatization of such interesting objects as:

State Enterprise “Experimental Holding “Myklavshiv” of the Institute of Agriculture of the Carpathian Region of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine”

Privatization is not only budget revenues, it is also:
recovery and development of public facilities;
creating new jobs;
Supporting local communities.
