ANNOUNCEMENT: Property Complex of the SOE of the Kryskivskyi Distillery – at the privatization auction

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization the Property Complex of the SOE "Kriski Spirits Factory" with a total area of 11,930.2 m² in Chernihiv region. The auction will be held in the electronic system "Prozorro.Sales".

The auction date is February 17.

Starting price - 3 049 062 UAH without VAT.

Address: Novhorod-Siverskyi district, Krysky village, Zavodska St., 1.

Main activity is distilling, rectifying and blending of spirits.

Assets as part of the object

72 units of real estate (production, warehouse, administrative buildings and structures, infrastructure);

The total area of the buildings is 11,930.2 m² on two plots of land with a total area of 17.45 ha;

250 items of movable property (equipment, furniture, supplies, etc.);

6 units of property that are not subject to privatization (engineering and social facilities) are on the balance sheet.

The enterprise has not been active in the last 10 years.

As of 01.10.2025, there are no lease agreements for the company's assets.

Privatization conditions include:

▪️ repayment of salary arrears and arrears to the budget within 6 months;

▪️ retaining jobs for 6 months after the transfer of ownership.
