UAH 10.3 million (+UAH 2.06 million VAT) – the result of an online auction for the privatization of buildings and structures in Dnipro.

An online auction for the privatization of buildings and structures with a total area of 1955.4 m² in Dnipro took place. The auction was held in the electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sales".

16 participants competed for the object in the auction. Thanks to high competition, the value increased by more than 400 times: from the starting price - 25.4 thousand hryvnias, to the winning one - 10.3 million hryvnias. The buyer must additionally pay VAT in the amount of UAH 2.06 million, so the total economic effect may be more than UAH 12.3 million.

After full payment of the lot, including VAT, the new owner will receive 11 real estate units (administrative and educational, educational buildings, garages, etc.) and temporary structures with a total area of more than 1,955.4 m².
