The State Property Fund announced the holding of an online auction for the privatization of the  Property Complex of the SOE "Niginsky Quarry" in the village of Sakhkamien, Khmelnytskyi region. The auction will be held in the electronic system “Prozorro.Sales”.

 

Auction date: 18 February 2026.

Applications are open until February 17th, 20:00.

Reserve price  – UAH 26,012,000 without VAT.

 

Address: Khmelnytskyi region, Kamianets-Podilskyi district, Sahkamen settlement, Ukrainska St., 1A.

 

Main activity is the quarrying of ornamental and building stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk and slate.

Main product nomenclature: limestone, limestone gravel, limestone flour.

 

The property complex includes:

Real estate: 53 registered units (production, warehouse and administrative buildings) with a total area of 16 500,20 m².

Land plots: 3 registered plots with a total area of 79.6056 ha.

Transport: 36 units of equipment (3 of them were transferred to the Kamianets-Podilskyi Territorial Center for Completion and Social Support).

Movable property: 358 items of equipment, furniture and supplies.

The undertaking has large-scale and specialised production equipment in its assets.

 

As of 01.10.2025, the premises with an area of 19.85 m² is leased.

 

Terms of privatization:

Pay off wage arrears and arrears to the budget within 1 year after the transfer of ownership.

Retain the state: do not dismiss employees on the initiative of the owner for 6 months.
