Announcement: auction for the privatization of a group of buildings in the Chernivtsi region announced

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization separate property consisting of buildings and structures with a total area of 315.2 m² in the Chernivtsi region. The auction will take place in the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales.

Auction date: 27 March 2026.

Submission deadline: March 26, 20:00.

Reserve price is UAH 667,259 without VAT.

Location: Chernivtsi region, Dnistrovskyi district, Sokyryany, Gastello St., 6A.

The object is located in the city of Sokiryany, next to the object developed infrastructure and convenient transport links.

Object of privatization - buildings and structures:

one-storey administrative building (257.8 m²), available electricity and water supply, heating - water on solid fuel;

a one-storey garage building (57.40 m²) consisting of a warehouse (14.4 m²) and two garages (21.3 m² and 21.7 m²).

Also included in the privatization object are: liquid storage, water supply, external electrical networks, sewerage, transformer, fire reservoir.
