72 buildings for production and storage purposes with a total area of 11 930,2 m².
2 plots of land with an area of 17.45 hectares.
250 units of movable property.

Existing infrastructure (own tanks and silos).
No existing leases means the opportunity to start your own project immediately.
The object can be used for the launch of new production, relocation of business or creation of an industrial project taking into account the needs of the investor.
Conditions of privatization:
Repayment of wage arrears and arrears to the budget within 6 months.
Retention of staff: For 6 months, the new owner is obliged not to dismiss the existing staff (currently only 8 specialists who ensure the security and vitality of the facility).
