UAH 230 thousand – results of the auctions of the Land Bank last week

Last week, the first online auctions for the sublease of state agricultural land in 2026 took place in the Prozorro.Sales electronic system as part of the Land Bank project.

●      14 online auctions held.

●      in the amount of UAH 230 270.

●      36 – total number of bids.

●      A 4.2 times increase in value.

●  1 836 UAH – the average value of sublease per 1 hectare.

Locations of the sites: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, Zakarpattia, Dnipropetrovsk and Mykolaiv regions.

125.36 hectares is the total area of the plots that were put up for auction.

In addition, the winners have to pay 46 054 UAH of VAT. Thus, the total economic effect of today's auctions of the Land Bank may be UAH 276 324  with VAT.
