The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a non-residential building with a total area of 212.2

m² in Poltava region. The auction will take place in the electronic system "Prozorro.Sales".

Deadline for applications: March 3rd, 20:00

Reserve price is UAH 696,400 without VAT.

Location: Poltava region, Poltava district, Suprunivka village, Kyivska street, 2.

Object of privatization - a separate building with a total area of 212.2 m².  Year of construction - 1980.

The technical condition of the building is satisfactory. The building is not used for its intended purpose.

As of 01.02.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased.
