ANNOUNCEMENT: dining room building in Vinnytsia region - at privatization auction

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a building of a canteen with a total area of 331.5 m², which was not included in the authorized capital of the JSC "Vendichansky Brick Factory" in Vinnytsia region. The auction will take place in the electronic system "Prozorro.Sales".

Deadline for applications: March 9, 20:00

Reserve price is UAH 322,881.00 excluding VAT.

Location: Vinnytsia region, Mohyliv-Podilskyi district, Vendychany village, Vynnytska St., 17a.

The advantageous location of the object in the Vinnytsia region in the village of Vendychany makes it promising  for potential buyers, as its main advantage is the location next to the international highway that connects Ukraine with Moldova. A high flow of transit traffic and proximity to the border make this building an ideal platform for roadside service, warehouses or a logistics hub.

The privatization object is a separate building of a dining room with a total area of 331.5 m², which includes the main room, an extension, a cellar and a porch. Year of construction 1975.

Construction characteristics: concrete foundation, brick walls, slate roof. Engineering communications (electricity, water supply, sewerage) are not available on the site.

The condition of the object is unsatisfactory.
