Announcement: Non-residential building in Kharkiv – up for privatization

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a non-residential building (underground structure) with a total area of 200.9 m² in the city of Kharkiv. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

The auction is scheduled for March 11. 

Applications for participation will be accepted until March 10 at 8:00 PM.

Starting price: UAH 811,148, excluding VAT. 

Location: Kharkiv, 73/75 Sumska St.

The property’s convenient location in the heart of Kharkiv makes it extremely promising for investment: it is a prestigious area with heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic, direct access to major international highways, and proximity to the metro, rail connections, post offices, and urban infrastructure.

The privatization property is an underground structure built in 1956. The structural elements of the property include brick walls and reinforced concrete floors; the floor is sunken (earth floor). Access to the premises is through a built-in metal door. The interior height is 2.5 m.

The property is equipped with electricity and sewer connections; however, as of today, the utility networks require restoration work. There is no equipment or plumbing.

As of January 29, 2026, the privatization object or any part thereof is not currently leased.
