Announcement: Vacation Homes Up for Privatization Auction

The State Property Fund has put vacation homes in the Sumy region up for privatization. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

Auction — March 12 

Applications for participation accepted until March 11, 8:00 PM 

Starting price — UAH 165,200 excluding VAT.

Location: Sumy region, village of Zarichne.

The privatization property is located within a recreational zone on the banks of the Vorskla River. The location is characterized by its distance from residential areas and the nearest settlements. Access to the property is provided by an adjacent dirt road. 

The property consists of three identical summer cottages built in 1999 (29.7 m²), (29.3 m²), and (29.4 m²), located on a land plot with a total area of 0.3958 hectares. These are single-story wooden buildings with wooden floors and slate roofs. Electricity is connected. 

As of February 13, 2026, the privatization object or any part thereof is not under lease. 

One of the conditions of sale is that the buyer must ensure the preservation of the privatization object’s business profile for a period of 6 months. 

This is an ideal option for creating a small tourist base, a fishing campground, or a family recreation area in one of the region’s most beautiful natural settings.
