Announcement: Unfinished Construction Project (School) – Up for Privatization

The State Property Fund has announced an online auction for the privatization of an unfinished construction project—a school in the village of Sloboda, Chernivtsi Oblast. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

Auction date: March 13 

Applications for participation will be accepted until March 12, 8:00 PM

Starting price: UAH 567,868 excluding VAT 

Location: Chernivtsi region, Chernivtsi district, village of Sloboda, 6 O. Kobylianska St.

The unfinished construction project is located in the very center of the village of Sloboda. The plot is situated within the boundaries of streets with paved surfaces. The village council building and the local cultural center are located nearby—this makes the property a promising site for any of your plans. 

The privatization object is an unfinished educational facility comprising a school building and a boiler room. According to the technical documentation, the degree of completion of the school’s structural elements is 5%, and that of the boiler room is 49%. The property is characterized by the absence of connected main utilities (water supply, sewerage, gas, and electricity).

Construction began prior to 1992.

As of February 1, 2026, the privatization object or any part thereof is not under lease.
