Privatization in Chernihiv region: boiler room building with an area of 249 m²

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a boiler room with a total area of 249.2 m² in Chernihiv region. The auction will take place in the electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sales".

Reserve price is UAH 291,487 excluding VAT.

Address: Chernihiv region, Vokzal-Horodnia village, Vokzalna str., 6a.

The location of the facility is characterized by high logistic potential: the proximity to railway connections and highways ensures convenient transport. An additional advantage is the developed social infrastructure - mail, commercial facilities, etc.

The site includes the following buildings:

boiler room (186.3 m²);

basement (62.9 m²).

Electricity, water, heating and drainage are all in place.

Structural elements: foundation - concrete blocks, walls - brick, roof - slate, ceiling - reinforced concrete slabs.

Object not used for its purpose, condition satisfactory.

As of 01.02.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased.

The balance sheet holder is the State Specialized Economic Enterprise "Forests of Ukraine".
