State Property Fund expands international economic dialogue

Head of the State Property Fund Dmytro Natalukha together with the team held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Croatia to Ukraine Anica Djamić.

The representatives of the parties discussed how to strengthen the economy, attract investments and effectively rebuild Ukraine, based on international experience.

During the meeting, the head of the Fund presented an updated structure of assets under state management, which includes a large list of real estate, land resources and strategic enterprises ready for privatization or lease. A special place in the structure is occupied by the "Land Bank" project, which consolidates state agricultural land for their further transfer for lease through open auctions, as well as a list of large privatization objects that are to become drivers for attracting capital to the economy and restoring the country's industrial potential.

The parties paid special attention to the need to involve international technical assistance, which will be critical for overcoming the environmental consequences, as well as for establishing transparent management processes and the implementation of sanctioned assets seized for the benefit of the state.

Ambassador Anica Djamić reaffirmed support for Ukraine's European integration and emphasized the need to join efforts for post-war recovery of the state, proposing a comprehensive exchange of experience to improve legislative initiatives.

As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue their partnership and maintain a working dialogue to exchange experience in the areas of asset management, assessment of damage caused and implementation of recovery strategies for Ukraine.

Together with international partners, we are building a strong economic foundation for our country by implementing modern approaches to state property management. We are creating transparent and attractive conditions for investors so that Ukraine's recovery can be dynamic and effective today.
