The privatization object is a canteen building with a pavilion with a total area of 609.5 m²:

First floor area – 379.5 m²

Second floor area – 129.8 m²

Basement area – 100.2 m²

The significant area of the building and the presence of an auxiliary pavilion make this lot a promising option for business development. The large area and favorable location allow repurposing the object for a wide range of activities: from a catering establishment or production workshop to a shopping center or warehouse complex. The privatization of the building together with the equipment creates an additional base for a quick start.

As of 18.02.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased out.
