53.1 million UAH: results of privatization auctions last week

Last week, the team of the State Property Fund held privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sales system, as a result of which the total amount of winning bids is UAH 53.1 million. In total, 4 participants competed in the auctions.

The most expensive lot of the past week was the PC of the Slavutskyi “Budfarfor” State-owned Enterprise in the Khmelnytskyi region with a winning bid of UAH 52,945,923. The second position was taken by a lot in the Kirovohrad region — a building of a barn with a garage with a total area of 68.6 m². The final value of the object at the auction was UAH 152,901.

This week, the Privatization Fund team plans to hold 25 online auctions.

Among the proposals are such objects as: State package of shares in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of JSC "Smoly", PC structural unit of SoE "Saratsky Winery", a complex of buildings and structures with a total area of 2 223,7 m², a boiler house with a total area of 683,2 m²  and others.

Also, in the investment menu of the SPFU there are offers for small and medium-sized businesses, in particular non-residential and administrative premises, veterinary clinics, unfinished construction objects, etc. All objects are located in different parts of Ukraine, so there is an opportunity to choose the most suitable location for your business!
