The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a portion of a non-residential property with an area of 276.9 m² in the Cherkasy region. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic platform.

Starting price — 602,670 hryvnias, excluding VAT.

Location: Cherkasy region, Zolotonosha district, village of Drabiv, 67 Tsentralna St.

The property is located in the village of Drabiv, Cherkasy region. Its convenient location and the area’s well-developed infrastructure make this lot a promising option for small or medium-sized businesses, particularly for use as warehouse space, an office, or a service facility.

The non-residential premises, with a total area of 276.9 m², are located in a two-story administrative building constructed in 1971 to house government agencies. The physical condition of the premises is satisfactory.
