Over 3 million UAH (UAH +600,200 VAT) — the result of an online auction for the privatization of vacation homes in the Sumy region

An online auction was held for the privatization of vacation homes in the village of Zarichchia, Sumy region. The bidding took place on the Prozorro.Sale electronic trading platform.

Eight participants competed for the property. Due to high competition, the price increased more than 18-fold: from the starting price of UAH 165,200 to the winning bid of UAH 3,001,000. The buyer must additionally pay VAT in the amount of UAH 600,200, so the total economic effect may amount to UAH 3.6 million.

After full payment for the lot, including VAT, the new owner will receive the privatization object consisting of summer houses built in 1999 (29.7 m²), (29.3 m²), and (29.4 m²), located on a land plot with a total area of 0.3958 hectares.
