ANNOUNCEMENT: Online auction announced for the privatization of the Property Complex of the SOE “Volodymyrske” in Mykolaiv region

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization the Property Complex of the SOE “Volodymyrske” in Mykolaiv region.. The auction is scheduled to take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform. 

Auction date: March 26

Applications for participation will be accepted until March 25, 8:00 PM

Starting price: 505,704 UAH excluding VAT.

Property address: Mykolaiv region, Bashtanka district, Volodymyrivka village, 36 Marii Pavlovoi Street.

Main activities: production and sale of agricultural products, cultivation of grain crops and grapes, production and sale of processed agricultural products, etc.

The privatization object includes: 

non-residential buildings and structures with a total area of 4,124.7 m²;

109 units of movable property (equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.);

10 vehicles;

11 units of specialized equipment.

The privatization object is located on a land plot measuring 1.5103 hectares.

As of February 27, 2026, the Property Complex of the SOE “Volodymyrske” and its components are not under lease.

In accordance with the terms of sale, the buyer is obligated, within six months from the date of transfer of ownership, to ensure the repayment of wage arrears and debts to the budget and to prevent the dismissal of employees at the initiative of the buyer or an entity authorized by the buyer.
