UAH 51.4 million: Results of Last Week’s Privatization Auctions

Last week, the State Property Fund team held six privatization auctions on the Prozorro.Sales platform, resulting in a total winning bid amount of UAH 51.4 million. A total of 15 participants competed in the auctions. 

The most expensive lot last week was a 100% state-owned stake in Smoly Insurance Company in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, with a winning bid of UAH 37,454,040. Second place in terms of value went to a single property complex belonging to a structural unit of the state-owned enterprise “Saratsky Winery” in the Odesa region, with a final price of UAH 10,169,100.

This week, the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) team plans to hold 29 online privatization auctions. 

Among the offerings are properties such as: a cafeteria with a pavilion totaling 609.5 m², a cafeteria totaling 474.30 m², a boiler house totaling 683.2 m², a boiler room totaling 249.2 m², and others. 

Additionally, the SPFU’s investment portfolio includes opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses, such as non-residential and administrative premises, veterinary clinics, and unfinished construction projects, among others.
