PC of the SoE "Chechelnytskyi Distillery" – Up for Privatization

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction for the privatization of the Single Property Complex of the state enterprise "Chechelnytskyi Distillery". The bidding will take place in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic system.

  • Starting price: UAH 1,148,556 (excluding VAT)

About the Object

The object includes 37 inventory units (machinery, equipment, inventory), as well as 44 units of real estate and infrastructure (production, storage, administrative buildings and structures, etc.) with a total area of 10,884 m², located at the following addresses:

  • Vinnytsia region, Chechelnyk settlement, 17 Parkova St.

  • Vinnytsia region, Haisyn district, Tartak village

  • Vinnytsia region, Chechelnyk settlement, Orlova St.

  • Odesa region, Kodyma district, Kodyma station

The combination of production capacities in the Vinnytsia region with assets near the railway station in the Odesa region creates a unique logistics hub for entering the markets of southern Ukraine. The huge area and developed infrastructure allow entering the project with minimal costs, adapting the premises for modern production, a grain elevator, or a large logistics center.

Note: There are 17 objects on the enterprise's balance sheet that are not subject to privatization!
