Announcement: an auction for the privatization of a group of buildings in the Chernivtsi region has been announced

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization separate property consisting of buildings and structures with a total area of 315.2 m² in the Chernivtsi region. The auction will take place in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic trading system.

Auction — March 27, 2026.

Acceptance of applications for participation until March 26, 20:00.

Starting price — UAH 667,259 excluding VAT.

Location: Chernivtsi region, Dnistrovskyi district, Sokyriany, 6A Hastello St.

The object is located in the city of Sokyriany, with developed infrastructure and convenient transport links nearby.

The privatization object — buildings and structures:

  • a one-story administrative building (257.8 m²), electricity and water supply are available, heating — water-based on solid fuel;

  • a one-story garage building (57.40 m²), consisting of a warehouse (14.4 m²) and two garages (21.3 m² and 21.7 m²).

Also, the privatization object includes: a liquid waste collector, water supply, external power grids, sewage, a transformer substation, and a fire reservoir.
