UAH 12.8 million (+UAH 2.6 million including VAT) — the result of the auction for the privatization of separate property consisting of buildings and structures in the Ivano-Frankivsk region

An online auction for the privatization of separate property consisting of buildings and structures in the Ivano-Frankivsk region has taken place. The bidding was held in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic system.

3 participants competed for the object in the bidding. Thanks to competition, the value increased 987 times: from the starting price of UAH 12,970 to the winning one of UAH 12.8 million. The buyer must additionally pay VAT in the amount of UAH 2.6 million, so the total economic effect can amount to UAH 15.4 million.

After full payment for the lot including VAT, the new owner will receive a privatization object with a total area of 29,975.0 m², namely:

  • a non-residential one-story building (72.8 m²);

  • a two-level observation tower (39.2 m²);

  • a training autodrome (29,863.0 m²).
