Success story: the second life of the "Sosenka" children`s villa
Once upon a time, children's laughter echoed here. Buildings functioned, children rested, and life was in full swing.
And then — silence.
Over the years, the "Sosenka" children's villa in the Dnipropetrovsk region turned into an abandoned object: the premises lost their appearance, the territory was empty, and the potential disappeared along with time. The object remained on the balance sheet of the enterprise as property that was not included in the authorized capital, and was practically unused.
In 2023, the "Sosenka" children's dacha got a chance for a new life — through privatization. The new owner — LLC "GREEN ECOLINE" — received not just property, but a responsibility: to preserve the socio-cultural purpose of the object and bring it back to life.
After privatization:
- he socio-cultural purpose was preserved;
- the object is used according to its profile;
- the premises were restored and the territory was updated;
- comfortable conditions for children's recreation were created;
- modern and safe play areas were equipped.

But the main thing is that life has returned here.
It is important to understand – when there is a responsible investor and control over the fulfillment of conditions — the state gets the result, and the communities get development.
Today, "Sosenka" is no longer about neglect. It is about children's recreation, development, and a safe space. Where there was silence before, children's laughter rings again. This story is not only about a single object. It is about a systematic approach:
-
privatization can bring life back to assets that have been idle for years;
-
a responsible investor is not a formality, but a real result;
-
control over the fulfillment of conditions is a guarantee for the state and communities.

Privatization is not about selling. It is about changes that can be seen and felt.
